What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
01Who we are
Zhorx is an AI automation agency. We build and run automations for businesses. This policy covers this website and the working relationship that may follow from it.
For anything about your data, write to support@zhorx.com. A person reads it.
02What this website collects
What you type into a form. The audit form and the review form collect what you put in them: your name, your email, your business, and what you tell us about your process. They are sent to us by a form relay service and arrive in our inbox.
What our tools do. The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere, and we cannot see it. Sharing a result puts your figures in a link, which is yours to send or not.
Basic analytics, if enabled. Which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. Not who you are.
We do not sell anything, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
03Why we hold it
To answer you, to do work you have asked us to do, and to keep the records a business has to keep. That is all of it.
Where you have asked us to do work, we hold what that work needs. Where you have simply asked a question, we hold the question and our answer.
04Client data inside an automation
When we build something for you, it moves your data between your own systems. We are handling it on your instructions, not holding it for our own purposes.
What we access, where it goes, which providers see it and how long logs are kept are set out in full on the security page. The short version: only what a workflow needs, encrypted in transit, never used to train any model, and logs kept for 90 days.
05Who else sees it
A small number of services we use to run the business: a form relay for the website forms, an email provider, a hosting provider, and where a build needs one, an AI provider on enterprise API terms that exclude training on submitted content.
Every one of them is named in your handover document if it touches your build. Nobody else sees your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work: two years, then deleted.
Client records: for the engagement and seven years afterwards, because that is what tax and contract records require. Operational logs from a running workflow: 90 days.
Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
07Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form, and we will do that too.
Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law, in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and elsewhere, or under the UK and EU regimes. We do not intend to make you cite a statute to be treated properly. Write to support@zhorx.com and we will answer within 30 days.
09Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and clients are told. It was last updated in August 2026.
