The actual workflows

Drawn from the export rather than redrawn for a slide. Every node, every branch, every wait, including the ones that only exist because something went wrong once.

Every workflow

Why publish the workflow at all

Anybody can draw four boxes in a slide and call it a system. What is on this page is the export: the node types, the branches, the waits, and the unglamorous step in the middle that exists only because one API returns dates the wrong way round. Somebody who has built anything will recognise the difference in a second.

Node names and parameters are stripped or made generic before anything goes up, and nothing appears here without the client saying yes. Where a workflow is our own rather than a client’s, it says so on the card.

What we look for

Including the things that should stay exactly as they are.

  • Work that repeats
  • Bottlenecks where things sit and wait
  • Leads that go cold in a gap
  • Admin nobody should be doing
  • Where AI genuinely helps
  • Where it genuinely does not
  • Tools that should be talking and are not
  • What to leave exactly as it is
