Pricing

Fixed to build. Flat to run.

Ranges below, a fixed number after the audit. Nothing starts until you have that in writing.

What projects cost

US dollars, excluding any licences that sit in your name. Most clients start with one workflow and add to it once it is running.

What moves a price inside its range

Pushes it up

  • Systems with no API, where the way in is an inbox or a file drop
  • Approvals that need several people in a particular order
  • Data that has to be cleaned before anything can use it

Pulls it down

  • A process already written down and agreed
  • Tools with proper APIs, which most mainstream ones have
  • One person who can answer questions without calling a meeting

FAQ

Why are these ranges rather than prices?

Because the same job takes two weeks in one business and six in another, depending on what it touches and how well it is understood. Quoting before looking would mean padding every number to cover the worst case, and you would pay for that padding.

When do I get an actual number?

After the audit, in writing, fixed. We do not start work on a range. If the fixed price is more than you expected, that is the moment to walk away and it costs you nothing.

What if it takes longer than you thought?

That is our problem, not yours. The build price is fixed once quoted. The only thing that changes it is you asking for something different from what we agreed, and then we quote that separately before doing it.

Is the monthly fee compulsory?

No, and you can stop it at any time. What you cannot do is have us build something and then expect free support on it two years later. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand it over documented and that is genuinely fine.

Do you work with small businesses?

Most of our work is with businesses between five and fifty people. Below that, one workflow is usually the right size of project, and sometimes the honest answer is that nothing here is worth the money yet.

What we look for

Including the things that should stay exactly as they are.

  • Work that repeats
  • Bottlenecks where things sit and wait
  • Leads that go cold in a gap
  • Admin nobody should be doing
  • Where AI genuinely helps
  • Where it genuinely does not
  • Tools that should be talking and are not
  • What to leave exactly as it is
